German Property Federation ZIA and Barkow Consulting have just published the 4th edition of their annual research on listed real estate in Germany:
- Market capitalisation of German sector reaches EUR56bn
- German share of the EPRA exceeds 20% (up 5%p)
- Gap to UK as No.1 country reduced by 2/3 (Germany as double Brexit winner)
- IPO engine temporarily on hold, two new listings, however
