Germans Donated >€1bn for Ukraine, Already
As of mid-October 2022 Germans had already donated €862 million to Ukraine, based on that we estimate that total donations exceed €1 billion by mid-February 2023.
This is the highest amount ever received for a single cause in Germany acc. to an analysis from DIW Berlin and German Central Institute for Social Issues.
