Germany’s Best Paid Banker made €13.2m in 2021
EBA‘s High Earners Report 2022 shows that Germany‘s highest banking salary 2021 was €13.2m pa (fixed and variable). This is an increase of 40% over 2020 and marginally above the average inflation of 2021 at 3.1%.
