Russia’s Foreign Reserves Keep Declining
Russian Reserves continue to decline. Despite apparently high positive external contribution, Russia does not manage to rebuild its reserves. The second chart shows the futile struggle of the Russian Central Bank against the total fall of its foreign reserves.
